WRITING FOR PLEASURE
Do you have stories in your head or already on paper? Come join
the writers' critique group. This is a group of enthusiastic
writers who meet every two weeks to share their stories at the
Castleton Community Center. Next meetings will be held Wednesdays
July 8th & 22nd at 2pm.
Knitters Network
We welcome all who wish
to knit, crochet and sew. You can join the CCC knitters/crafters
on the 2nd and 4th Mondays from 10 to 12. The group is growing
and everyone is busy with helmet liners, sweaters, mittens and
hats. Can’t make Monday mornings? You can do your “crafting” at
home. Patterns, yarn and knitting needles are available at the
Center for all our projects. We will help you get started.
Pot Luck Features Killington
Music Festival
Friday July 24th
Come and join us for a Summer Cook Out with hamburgers and
hot dogs on Friday July 24th. We are very fortunate to have as
our special guest entertainers, musicians from the Killington
Music Festival. Don’t miss a great night out at the Center,
make your reservations now! Dinner begins at 6:00. Bring along a
side dish, salad, or dessert… and a friend! A $2.00 donation is
